The data we collect from participants of the Solmukohta 2024 event includes email addresses, names and other forms of information. This information is used to manage and organise Solmukohta 2024. The information can only be accessed by Solmukohta 2024 organisers. Legal name, phone number, date of birth and country of residence are required by the Scandic Rosendahl hotel, and will be passed on to them. “Name for flagging purposes” will be shared with all Solmukohta 2024 ticket holders for flagging. Anonymized data on diets, allergies and intolerances will be shared with the Scandic Rosendahl hotel. Outside of these specific uses, the data will not be shared with anyone outside the organiser team. The information is stored in Solmukohta 2024 Google Drive, and can be accessed outside the EU/ETA. The information is protected and can only be accessed via username and password. The information will be kept until six months after the event, and then removed.
